Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
We are closed on Sundays and Stat Holidays.

We also offer extended hours during select events throughout the year, including Sunday hours during the Wildrose Rodeo Finals, and we stay open late on Thursdays during the holiday season. Extended hours or other changes will be posted at the store and on facebook.

We do not currently offer online shopping - but it's something we are working towards for the future!

We regularly post photos of new stock when it arrives - follow us on facebook to see what's new and feel free to send us a message or give us a call and we would be happy to let you know about pricing and availability of any item.

Yes! We can make custom orders from most of the brands we carry. Custom order times vary greatly depending on the supplier and our order schedule, but we should be able to give you a good estimate before placing the order.

Please note, we do ask for a deposit for large custom orders or items we don't regularly stock. Rush orders may also incur additional shipping costs.

Yes! Gift certificates are available in store and can be made out for any value.

We have a large clearance section that we are moving new items to all the time - come have a look and save up to 60%! We offer many sales throughout the year, follow us on facebook for updates.

No! We think shopping local is important, and we also know that our customers care about getting a good deal. We work hard to ensure that we are able to offer everyday low prices that often beat the big city stores.

Yes, we price match on jeans. We offer a large selection of Mens, Ladies & Kids jeans - and we guarantee our low prices! If you find a better advertised price on a style of jeans that we carry anywhere else in Alberta, we will match the price! Just bring in the print ad or the website address at the time of purchase. (Jeans must be the same style # and from an authorized retailer).

Yes! Let us know you are making your purchase for your 4-H project and we will give you 10% off of the original price.

We will refund your purchase if it is returned within 30 days in new condition (unworn, unwashed, all tags attached) and with the original receipt.

Clearance items, custom orders and custom embroidered or printed items are final sale.

Many of our suppliers do offer warranty if you have a problem with a new item. Please call us or stop in to inquire about the options if there is a problem with an item you have purchased.

We do not offer a layaway program. Within reason, we will place merchandise on hold until an agreed upon date. Clearance items are not eligible, and sales or markdowns will not apply to held items.
